Kerala PSC LD Clerk Recruitment 2024 is progressing and the notification has been released. As the online application has started, it is important to apply properly and buckle up for the examination. Eligibility And Application Fee

Educational Qualification: The minimum qualification for the post of Kerala PSC LDC Examination is SSLC pass or equivalent. 

Age limit: Aspirants who wish to appear for the LDC examination should be 18 years old minimum and should not exceed the age of 36 years. To be specific, only those born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (including both dates) are eligible to apply for the Kerala PSC LDC Examination.

Note: In no case (including concessions), the upper age limit should not exceed 50 (fifty) years. 

Those who wish to apply for the post of Kerala PSC LD Clerk 2024 need not pay any fees. There is no application fee for the post of LDC.

Part I: GK- General Knowledge (50 questions = 50 marks)

• Geography (5 Marks)
• Economics (5 Marks)
• Constitution of India (5 Marks)
• Kerala: Administration and Administrative Systems (5 Marks)
• Arts, Sports, Literature, Culture (5 Marks)
• Biology and Public Health (6 Marks)
• Physics (3 Marks)
• Chemistry (3 Marks)
• Computer Basics (3 Marks)
• Important Laws (5 Marks)

Part II: Current Affairs (20 questions = 20 marks)

Part III: Arithmetic and Mental Ability and Observation Skills Test (10 questions = 10 marks)

Part IV: General English (10 questions = 10 marks)

Part V: Regional Languages- Malayalam/ Tamil/ Kannada (10 questions = 10 marks)

Documents Required For The Examination

As any other examination demands, Kerala PSC LDC also requires certain documents to be submitted. These include: 

• If the caste/community mentioned in the SSLC book is wrong, the aspirants should produce the gazette notification and Community/Non Creamy Layer certificate released from the concerned authority during certificate verification. 
• Personal ID card such as Aadhar card, PAN card and Driving license.
• Documents which prove your educational qualification.
• Caste Certificate (if required)
• Experience Certificate
• Age Proof.

The salary allowed to aspirants recruited for the post of LD Clerk is Rs. 26500-60700/- per month.

How To Apply For Kerala PSC LDC

1. All interested candidates can apply through the website www.keralapsc.gov.in To enable this, all aspirants should go through the One-time registration with Thulasi. 
2.  Already registered candidates can log in to their account using their user ID and password and apply directly. 
3. Those who haven’t registered yet can use the option called New Registration. After registering you will obtain a registration ID. Now, you can directly fill out the application form. 
4. Photographs and other documents should be uploaded in the given format.
5. The application should be carefully filled, as no further changes are possible after submission of the application.
6. Keep a printout of the application for your future use.

2024 PSC LDC Application Closing Date

The LDC examination application link is available on @keralapsc.gov.in and it will be active till 3rd January 2024. The examination may be conducted by the first half of next year and the exact dates will be announced by January 1st. The rank list will be released by August 1, 2025.
